Irish Lamb Stew
This turned out really oily. I'm not sure if it was because of the lamb or what. My husband really liked it though.

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread
This was really good bread, but it was a bit moister and sweeter than the soda bread I've eaten before. It was really good, just not what I was expecting.

Southwestern Turkey Soup
We also added a can of corn and about 3/4 c. of black beans and cooked it in the crock pot. Turned out great!
