I love to cook and try new things. My greatest joy is cooking for others and having them enjoy my food. I love to share recipes with others when I find something really good. I love to cook desserts, casseroles, soups and appetizer type items my family can pick at. My mother wasn't big on cooking. I started when I was young and still enjoy to cook no matter how hot it is out. I usually have good success with whatever I try. Getting bread to rise and I made some breakfast casserole once that had raw egg in the middle no matter how long I cooked it for.
