Fresh Apple Spice Cake
I made some alterations, it still tasted GREAT! (At first I thought, 'This looks like a lot of work.' And, 'What's a tube pan?' I didn't want to wait an hour and a half to be able to eat it so I made muffins with it & THAT only took about 26 minutes wait. ;) It really wasn't THAT much work & SURE WAS WORTH IT! (After consulting with my mother, we suspect a "tube pan" is like a bundt cake pan.) OH! PS 3/8 CUP = 6 TABLESPOONS . . . right?

Crazy Cake
I altered the recipe, (still turned out okay :) (Oh yeah! I made cupcakes: some with semi-sweet chocolate chips, and some without. I think the ones without tasted better.) Update: After about 10 hours, the ones with chocolate chips in them tasted better. (I think this cake product tastes better while it's still warm, than after it's cooled.)

Apple Cake IV
I agree that this is a 5 star cake. I made some alterations (which don't always work) but did with this recipie :) (I just wonder if mixing the eggs & sugar for 15 minutes is really necessary, rather than a shorter period of time. I plan to experiment that in the future.)
