Can't Tell They're Low-fat Brownies
I used soy flour instead of white flour and applesauce instead of prunes. As well, I used splenda rather than sugar. It tastes great but I wonder about adding baking powder or soda to fluff it up a bit. It is a great recipe though! Thanks.

Whole Wheat Wraps
Perhaps it was me but I could not get these thin enough and they ended up thick and dry. They made good soup croutons though.

Peanut-Ginger Marinade
Fabulous marinade but I did not use 1/4 cup chili paste. Try 2 tsp then to taste. Everyone I made it for loved it!
