Zucchini Brownies
Delicious. Made as is except without walnuts (don't like them) and without frosting as I didn't have any butter. They came out moist and I didn't even miss the frosting. I agree with reviews that it looks too dry when mixing the ingredients until the zucchini is folded in and it didn't really poor into the pan so I was worried about it, but it came out great. Instead of flouring the pan I used cocoa powder.
