As the mom of 4 young boys, I have to come up with inventive ways to keep them intersted in meals. The hubby has a cast-iron stomach and loves all food so he is oh so easy to please, thank goodness. Spaghetti - the family asks for it once a week. We like to make homemade pizza togther and the hubby makes sugar cookies during the Holidays. I cooked a full Christmas meal for my in-laws a few years back and my own family this past Christmas. Though I was slightly dismayed when my mother was astounded that I could cook at all - hmmm. Oh there are many! I tend to get impatient and will skip details or lose count of what I have put in. Nothing has ever made anyone ill though - so that us a plus!
