Poppy Seed Lemon Loaves
This is really good with the added lemon juice. Quite lemony. I baked it at 300 degrees until done so the outside didn't get over cooked...might be my oven since I have that problem alot.

Amish Friendship Banana Nut Bread
This recipe has good flavor. It's great and definately moist. I baked it at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I never seem to get the middle done without burning the outside if I bake at the higher temp.

Flourless Chocolate Cake I
This is so rich and good. I added sliced strawberries mixed with warmed strawberry jelly on top. Perfect!
