Hi, My name is Tuscany, I'm 17 and I live in Nelson, New Zealand. I'm not an expert cook but my mum was a chef and i'm kind of learning from her. I enjoy cooking just not the cleaning up! Im at Nelson College for Girls, 7th Form.I play Softball for the school team, its awsome fun. Maccaroni Cheese is high on the list. I also like asian cooking and cakes, biscuits etc. I don't eat any seafood. Mum has alot of Soup recipes from her mum and so forth. My gran used to make a special xmas cake every year. I make a mean Thai Green Chicken Curry. When I was about 5 I made a flat blue cake, which wouldn't leave the cake tin. Mum offered it to all the neighbours and I think we had to throw it out :(
