DELICIOUS! but it's hard to get it to roll just right

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole
pretty good but next time i think i'll combine the sour cream, cheese, and soup separately, and throw in a cup of milk just to make it creamier. also, i'm not sure the grated cheese is necessary at all. next time i think i'll put more chedder cheese on the top.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
i have no idea but it ended up all charred on the bottom... other than that it was good!
