Tangy Honey Glazed Ham

Used this for a 22 lb fully-cooked ham, doubled the recipe and put half of the glaze in an oven bag with the ham. After cooking for 4 hours, I poured the rest of the glaze over the ham, covered in foil and cooked an additional 45 mins. The sugar from the glaze made the ham nice and dark which I loved. It was so good, thank you for the recipe.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Brittle

Everybody really liked these, they do kind of come off as extra crispy cookies unless you explain that they are meant to be like brittle. The flavor was great, used almonds. Wonder if macadamia nuts would work? With some white chocolate chips? Yum.

Chicken Enchilada Casserole II

I cooked the chicken in the slow cooker with taco seasoning and some salsa...and started the layers with a bit of sauce at the bottom of the pan. Turned out great, we ate it with tortilla chips...kinda like a dip. Will try it next time with corn tortillas. Thank you for the recipe.

Chicken Meatballs and Spaghetti

I only used 1 T of the Italian seasoning for the meatballs, and added a bit of oregano to the sauce. The meatballs were great, next time I may double the sauce and use for meatball subs. Thank you for the recipe :)

Wonderful Banana Cake

Mmmm...a simple version of a banana cake :) First time I made this I used a yellow cake mix and it turned out pretty good. Second time, I used a pecan cake mix and added an extra egg, 1/3 C sour cream, and frosted it with a coconut pecan frosting. Was really moist and tasty. Thank you for the recipe

Easy Biscuit Mixture

Great! Scaled it to 6, added rosemary, thyme, and cheddar to the mix...mixed in about 3/4 C milk and baked them as drop biscuits. Super good, thanks for the recipe!

Roasted Vegetables

This was super good, though the cooking time was a bit too long for us. Next time I will reduce the cooking time a bit. Loved the rosemary in it. Watch out for those cherry tomatoes...they're hot and can explode...ouch. Thanks for the recipe :)
