Learning to can in a pressure cooker and adapting favorite recipes for canning so even if a hurricane hits we can eat what we like. Canning clam chowder made with a nondairy creamer, it was hydrogenated and continued to throw yeast and I lost almost 2 gallons.......while it was sitting in the back of a kitchen cabinet.
