Sunshine Toast
I have made these since I was a kid! We called them toad-in-the-holes. They are great. I usually use a lid to help the egg cook more thoroughly... can't stand eggs that are runny in the middle.

White Chocolate Holiday Spritz Cookies
I like them. Festive and you can get creative. A bit time consuming. It would probably be a lot easier with a cookie press. I did use a piping bag because it is what I had. They turned out good, but not as pretty as pictured.

Pumpkin Spice Cookie
This is excellent! I don't get why people had problems with this. A little hard to screw up w/ only 2 ingredients. I used a small ice cream scoop. It made them small and bite size. I did add dried cranberries (cuz I love them). I cooked them at 350 till a tooth pick came out clean. Perfect. I did also do an orange flavored glaze that I dipped each cookie in. It is very good but it doesn't have to have it because they taste great w/o. Thank you so much, I will be making more of these!
