Part time beach bum, part time slave to the man until noon M-F. I am learning to cook new foods each week. It is just my husband and I, so I do not have any picky children to deal with. I enjoy seafood (of course) and italian. I like a good casserole that will last a few days. Any kind of shrimp, something suprising to shock my mother. We do not have any cooking traditions. My mom is not a good cook. I grew up on dad's grilled steaks and a baked tater. Fried Chicken. Any type of cookie from scratch. I don't know what my problem is.............
