Carrot Cake III
Wonderful recipe...added some nutmeg and pineapple, used brown sugar and apple sauce and walnuts, as the other reviews suggested. Cake turnded out perfect! Thanks for sharing.

Baby Back Ribs
Holy Cow! These are some wonderful ribs! I used the dry rub suggested by Cathy M. My husband LOVED them. And being from the deep South, we've had a rib or two in our day. Great recipe!
