Golden Vegetable Chicken
Made this recipe. It was awesome!!! I did increase the quantity of the spices (as we like it spiced up).

Super Duper Easy Apple Cake
I made this recipe for my wife's birthday. It is the first time ever that I had baked a cake. She loved it!!! It was delicious. I did add some Applesauce as suggested by one of the reviewers. Definitely going to make it again!!!
