We didn't have a deep frier so we just cooked them in a skillet with a little bit of vegetable oil. So so good. We'll definitely make them again.

Graham Streusel Coffee Cake

really delicious, but very rich. maybe better for a dessert...kind of heavy for breakfast. i used cinnamon graham crackers instead of plain and omitted the nuts. yum.

Raspberry and Strawberry Buckle

This was delicious. Most of the people I served it to had never heard of a buckle, but I quickly converted them to buckle enthusiasts. This recipe is the perfect blend of tartness and sweetness. Really great as a coffee cake or as a dessert.

Chocophiles

These are great! There are SO many chips in them, but it makes the cookies really gooey and moist. I didn't change the recipe at all (except maybe adding more milk chocolate chips and less semi-sweet). I will definitely make these again!

Chocolate Toffee Crunch Bars

These are absolutely delicious. I couldn't decide if I should double the toffee layer so I did one and a half. I think next time I'll probably double it. Regardless these were amazing. They were gone within 12 hours.

the batter is absolutely delicious. make sure to grease the pan with actual grease, not just cooking spray. this is one sticky cake! otherwise delicious.

I made this frosting for my friends birthday. The response of the guests was "this tastes bad for you". It doesn't taste bad, but it definitely tastes like it's made of shortening. I might make it again....

Berry Shortbread Dreams

Absolutely delicious. I used vanilla extract in the dough and almond in the frosting. Also, the frosting needs about 3 tablespoons of water not 2 teaspoons.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were truely spectacular. I used chocolate instead of vanilla pudding (it was all I had on hand) and increased the vanilla extract like other has suggested. They were soft and delicious. I will DEFINATELY make these again!
