Graham Streusel Coffee Cake
really delicious, but very rich. maybe better for a dessert...kind of heavy for breakfast. i used cinnamon graham crackers instead of plain and omitted the nuts. yum.

Raspberry and Strawberry Buckle
This was delicious. Most of the people I served it to had never heard of a buckle, but I quickly converted them to buckle enthusiasts. This recipe is the perfect blend of tartness and sweetness. Really great as a coffee cake or as a dessert.

Chocophiles
These are great! There are SO many chips in them, but it makes the cookies really gooey and moist. I didn't change the recipe at all (except maybe adding more milk chocolate chips and less semi-sweet). I will definitely make these again!
