Zucchini Cakes
These were good. I added a little more Old Bay - we love it here in Maryland! I fried them up and they were a hit! I have done this twice so far this summer and plan on making it this winter using some frozen shredded zucchini.

Pumpkin Muffins II
I followed the directions to the "T". Well, minus the Allspice as I did not have it. These turned out AWESOME! Very moist and tasty. I am waiting for them to cool so I can add vanilla glaze to them. I have a feeling these will be gone in no time!

Garlic Cheddar Chicken
This was so easy and tasty! I did add some bread crumbs to the bottom of the pan, but the bottoms of my chicken was still soggy. Not that it changed the taste or the overall appeal! I will be making this again!
