My family raved about this. I did as others suggested and increased the cheese and added a can of mixed vegetables. I didn't have elbow macaroni so I used spirals. I served 3 men and me and have NO leftovers. I had to fight for my share. Next time I will try it with ham. I didn't run it under the broiler as it wasn't needed.

Baked Pork Chops I

It was easy and good just not great. I was disappointed. The family liked it but I have other recipes I like a lot better. The gravy was good and I may try this again with chicken. I would pound the breasts so they are even thickness.

Chicken Stew with Dumplings

This is so good. I used reg. potatoes as I didn't have any new potatoes. I, also, used chicken broth instead of water. When I added the vegetables I added more chicken broth. I did NOT increase the seasoning. The broth was wonderful.

Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Herb Sauce

Outstanding, I did add 1/2 an onion and 1 tsp of minced garlic when I sauteed the carrots. I also doubled the liquids and cut the basil to 1 tsp. My son thanked me for making this. So easy and so good. Thanks for the recipe.

Fried Butterflied Shrimp

Not my favorite. I did as suggested and seasoned my bread crumbs. I have another coating I prefer as this one you have to really watch, the bread crumbs burn easily.

Taco Seasoning I

Rice with Summer Squash

My family has a new favorite. One of our guests asked for the recipe immediately. I did have to add a tsp or so more oil as there are a lot of veges in this recipe. Very pretty with all the carrots. Very buttery without all the butter. Loved it.

Apple Nut Cake with Rum Sauce

Oh My Goodness this is so good. I didn't have any rum flavoring or butter flavoring so I used 1/2 c real butter and 1/2 cup margarine and 2+ tsp real rum for sauce. This sauce is really good over vanilla ice cream too. I used Fuji Apples and pecans. YUMMO. It did take another 10 minutes to cook and I used a Pyrex dish so I was surprised it took longer.

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is a very good chocolate chip cookie. I guess I was looking for something with more oatmeal. But everyone loves the "new" chocolate chip cookie. The peanut butter isn't overpowering, a nice balance.

Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Blue Cheese-Chive Butter

I made this with a London Broil and loved it. I don't normally care for bleu cheese but the blue cheese butter was wonderful. I will definitely make again. I didn't have any chives so I used a little grated onion.

Grilled Citrus Tuna

I found this to be tasteless even after letting sit for an hour. My beautiful tuna steaks were very dry. No one ate more than 1/2 their steaks. I made Barbie's Tuna Salad out of the leftovers. That was good!

Barbie's Tuna Salad

This is very good. My family loved it. I used leftover grilled Tuna and added enough mayo to make it stick together. I used the Pampered Chef Dill seasoning as I didn't have any other dill. I, personally,would use less sweet relish and a little more curry but my family likes sweet relish.

Honey Curried Roasted Chicken and Vegetables

I did this in my crockpot with a 5+lb chicken. I cooked it too long but it was still wonderful. I added a little chicken broth but won't next time. I ended up with a chicken stew. The flavor was great I just over cooked it. I can hardly wait to do it right.

Aunt Ro's Baked Beans

I made these for a BBQ and everyone there raved. I had to give the recipe to all there. I didn't have any butter beans so I used kidney beans. Can't see any difference. Will definitely make again.

Mixed Seafood Curry

Oh Yum! This is so good. I added more asparagus, shrimp and mushrooms. I also followed advice and added 1Tbsp of Peanut butter. I didn't have curry paste so I added a lot of curry powder. I will go find the paste but it was really good even with the curry powder. Everyone loved it. I served it over a mix of brown and wild rice. Thanks for sharing.

Accidental Grilled Chicken Salad

This is so good and so easy. My family loved it. I used white onions and cremini mushrooms because that is what I had. I don't see how this could be better. The marinade is so good and simple I will use it for grilling.

Curried Microwaved Chicken

This is really good. I did as others suggested and did it on the stove top. I think I will try it in the microwave after browning the onion and chicken. I used evaporated milk and 1% milk as I didn't have any cream. Was still rich and yummy. I suggest rice as the gravy is great. I think next time I will put more chicken parts in it. Definite keeper!

Creamy Chicken

Good, easy comfort food. I used the season salt but think next time I won't. My hubby didn't like the season salt. Served with mashed potatoes. For an easy meal this is not bad.

Eggplant Croquettes

I made this last night and was really disappointed. I love eggplant and after reading all the reviews thought this would be a good addition to my files. It was way too much bread, and salt. Maybe my eggplants were too small. I did bake them first then mix and bake again to cut down on the fat. BUT I won't make again.
