Chicken Stew with Dumplings
This is so good. I used reg. potatoes as I didn't have any new potatoes. I, also, used chicken broth instead of water. When I added the vegetables I added more chicken broth. I did NOT increase the seasoning. The broth was wonderful.

Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Herb Sauce
Outstanding, I did add 1/2 an onion and 1 tsp of minced garlic when I sauteed the carrots. I also doubled the liquids and cut the basil to 1 tsp. My son thanked me for making this. So easy and so good. Thanks for the recipe.

Fried Butterflied Shrimp
Not my favorite. I did as suggested and seasoned my bread crumbs. I have another coating I prefer as this one you have to really watch, the bread crumbs burn easily.
