I have loved cooking from an early age. I enjoy cooking for my family. We are quite busy.. so I'm learning to turn leftovers into clever new dishes for the next night. I'm blessed though b/c my boys gladly eat leftovers. They are a joy to cook for.. not picky in the least. We are very active in serving at church. We live in a beautiful mountain town. We take our dogs for walks, we are abundantly blessed.

Crispy Orange Beef
Fabulous! I tried not to change too much :) Used ground ginger and garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Didn't add the beef to the sauce, another reviewer mentioned it made the beef soggy. Made more sauce to pour over the beef and rice. This is a keeper, will worth the effort. Thanks for a delightful recipe.
