Clam Sauce with Linguine
Quick, easy, and delicious (with a couple of changes)! I scaled the ingredients to make just one serving for myself. Used half butter/half olive oil, and added 1/4 cup dry white wine (really makes a difference, I think). Took less than 10 minutes to make. Will definitely be keeping this in my regular rotation of recipes!

Blonde Brownies I
Very good with a couple of changes of my own. Used 1/2 cup macadamia nuts and 4 oz chopped white chocolate, both mixed into the batter (omitted the chocolate chips). I think I overcooked mine a little b/c the outer edges are hard, but that's my fault, not the recipe's. Will definitely make again.

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs
This was delicious, but the amounts called for in the sauce didn't make enough for me. I didn't have enough to coat the backside of the ribs. I will double that part next time.
