Greek Style Potatoes
These were great potatoes. I served them with the souvlaki, greek salad III and tzatziki sauce II recipes from this site (with baked pita bread, of course!) Everyone loved my first attempt at a Greek meal.

Lemon Cooler Cream Cake
Tasted good, simple and easy. There was WAY too much icing (I didn't even end up using it all on the cake). I will probably make this again, but not for a while... very rich.
