Fruited Curry Chicken Salad

I used left over rotisserie chicken. Absolutely delicious. An easy make ahead recipe for luncheons, church socials etc.

Peanut Butter Frosting

I followed the suggestion on one of the other reviewes and used 2 cups of confectioners sugar and only needed 1/4cup of the cream. It turned out perfect!!

Quick and Easy Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole

My family loves this recipe. If I buy a rotisserie chicken I bone what is left and use it in the recipe.

Easy and very tasty. I sliced the potatoes with the food processor so they were very thin so I didn't cook it for as long. I used red potatoes ans didn't peel them. I also used less cream and they were still plenty moist.

Honey Baked Chicken II

Very good and easy. I would try it without the skin next time but that is just a personal preferance. The flavor was still good taking the skin off after baking.

Green Chili Casserole

I didn't read the suggestions from other reviewers and made it just as the recipe stated and it was bland. After reading some of the other reviews I may try it again an would cook the onions with the beef, I didn't like them uncooked. I did use a Mexican cheese blend instead of the processed cheese.

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

This is outstanding on chocolate cake!! My family members were fighting for the last piece! I used fat free 1/2 & 1/2 instead of milk and I do agree that the ingredients work best when at near room temperature.

Amazing Chicken

Very good and easy. I cooked it a little too long (the time it stated on the recipe was too long for the chicken breasts that I used). It went well with scalloped potatoes.
