I work in a Jr. College Cafeteria - I do the salad bar. I like to experiment with recipes - what might taste good to one person, may need extra flavoring for me. Both my parents loved to cook, I've tried to copy their recipes, but it doesn't taste like theirs. I love to make potato and pasta salads. Potato salad, homemade biscuits, my salsa, homemade macaroni and cheese. too many to list - ha ha ha!!
