i recently became one of 2 bakers at the cafeteria (winslow) on the murray state campus...i'm REALLY excited...and i've already used a few recipes i found on here...the "better than brad pitt" cake went over WONDERFULLY i like to bake, even though i don't like to eat many sweets...so the fact that i am now a baker...i LOVE it! take a recipe, add a little of this, take a little less of this...lol...make it your own the thing that sticks out in my mind...i took some fried green tomatoes to my granny's house, and she said "how did you get the breading to stick?" THAT, to me, was AMAZING! i don't wanna talk about it...LOL
