This was my second time attempting Cinnamon Rolls and my first success! They turned out great, and I will definitely be making these again.
I didn't have a bread machine, so I just used my Kitchen Aid. I put the yeast and warm water in the bowl and let it get thick. Then I added all of the dough ingredients except for 1 cup of the flour and mixed with the dough hook. When the dough started to form, I added flour until dough was no longer sticking to the sides, and a nice (semi-sticky) dough ball was formed. I then just took out the dough, rinsed the bowl out, greased with oil, and put the dough back in the bowl, covering with cling wrap to rise in warm oven. Turned out great!
Also, I just used all-purpose flour and it worked fine.
