Sweet and Savory Kale

WOW!!! I was totally blown away by this recipe. For once in my life I had all the ingredients, so I followed this to the letter and it was sooooo good. It transformed my wilty, questionable kale into a tasty, hearty dish that my meat-loving husband and I really enjoyed. I served it with quinoa. YUM!

These were okay. The first batch fell apart. The second batch is edible but kind of greasy/gritty. I think I'll keep looking for a different recipe.

I made these as a special request from my husband, but he found them not to be what he was hoping for. The dough seemed too nutty. They still tasted good. I thought that the dough was easier to work with when it was a little warmer.

Christmas Tree Cookies

The cookies had a nice flavor. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 is because 8 minutes of baking time is too long! My first batch I only baked for 7 minutes and the cookies were very crunchy. When I baked for 5.5 minutes they came out nice and soft. Otherwise, quite tasty!

Easy Chocolate Covered Coconut Macaroons

Great recipe. The only change that I would make (as some others suggested) would be to substitute a little butter for milk so that the chocolate doesn't get clumpy. Otherwise, fast, easy, and very tasty!

Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers

This was quite tasty. I was making it for my fiance, who is a meat kind of guy, so I substituted sausage for the tofu with yummy results. I also added a touch of cinnamon to both the stuffing and the sauce. Yum!
