Zucchini Herb Casserole

Tortilla Soup I

So yummy! I add black beans at the end, then top it with avocados, shredded cheese and sour cream.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

I've tried a few Tortilla Soup recipes and this is my favorite so far. I put cheese, sliced avocados and a squeeze of lime in each bowl. Fantastic.
