Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary

This was excellent! I followed the suggestion of balsamic vinegar and lemon juice. Also I used a cooking bag and baked for 2 1/2 hours. My roast was 7 lbs. I will be using this recipe again.

Chicken and Asparagus Fettuccine

This was my first Alfrdo too! I t turned out perfectly. I added 1 tablespoon of flour to the butter as suggested. Also I added 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms and the juice of half a lemon. A pinch of nutmeg and a splash of chardonnay really set this off. And remember: Don't boil your sauce!! Let it just barely simmer.

Salisbury Steak

If I could give this 10 stars, I would. I followed the recipe exactly and added some garlic powder. Like everyone else, I doubled the gravy recipe for mashed potatoes. I will try it without the ketchup next time just to see the difference. But I think it will then taste like hamburgers in gravy. I will definitely make this again.

Best Beef Stroganoff

Very tasty! I could not imagine ANYTHING with two onions so I cut it done to a half of an onion. I used broth and it came out great. Also substituted frozen meatballs.

Banana Banana Bread

This is the BEST banana bread I have ever had in my LIFE!! I, too, added vanilla and cinnamon. I was really worried about not adding baking powder but decided to follow the recipe anyway. Turned out perfect! My kidz and husband don't like nuts but I am dying to make one with nuts for myself and staff next time.

Comforting Cube Steaks

Great recipe! I used the low salt versions of the soups as suggested. Also I cooked it for 2 and a half hours. This cut of steak needs way more than an hour to be tender.

Karyn's Cream of Crab Soup

This was delicious and very easy to prepare. I was going to give it 4 stars because 3 tablespoons of Old Bay is way to much. Luckly I used only 2 Tablespoons and still I could have done with 1 and a half. Perhaps there was a typo and it was supposed to be 3 teaspoons instead. Also since it was already alot of salt, I used a splash of Merlot in place of the cooking sherry. My kidz devoured it! Being from Maryland we are always in search of the best Cream of Crab soup. Now I know wear to find it--In my kitchen!
