Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
Wow, finally something that both my 7 year old and 21 month old will eat! My husband went back for seconds too! I baked mushrooms, onions and green peppers for 20 mins at 450 degrees. I put the chicken in our other oven for 20 mins at 350 degrees and served all of it over rice with extra sauce that I warmed in the micro for 45 seconds. Came out perfect and super moist!
