Hamburger Stroganoff
Very yummy! I didn't have beef broth so I used 1 can chicken broth in place. I sauteed onion, garlic and hamburgar meat until no longer pink. Drained. Added 1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth and 1 can of sliced mushrooms to meat mixture. Simmered for 20 minutes on med. heat then added 1/2 cup sour cream and heated through. My 10 year old even loved it!!! A definate keeper!!
