I must say that these pancakes are a family favorite. Every Saturday morning we make pancakes and these have been requested over and over. I have to triple the recipe because the kiddos eat them up so quickly. They are great the next day too!

This ice cream is amazing!!!!! This is the second time I have made it and it is fabulous, creamy, sweet, rich, and wonderful all at the same time.

Easy Pancakes

This were amazingly easy and soooooooo very tasty. I added a cup of blueberries to my batter and the kiddos loved it. I think they requested more tomorrow.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Really great cookies! Super flavorful with great texture. I added a additional 1/2 of flour based on other reviews but I think next time it might be ok to leave it out. I also soaked my rasins. The cookiese held their shape great and didn't flatten out. I also added chocolate chips just for fun

Sweet Potato Latkes

At first it seemed that the latkes were missing a little something. I added brown sugar and they became a tasty treat. I don't think the are as good as original latkes but they were fun to try.

Banana Bread IV

Rolled Fondant

This was a great fondant recipe. Very easy to follow. Since it was my first time making it, I did make a little bit of a mess. I think I used my hands in mixing the fondant to early in the process. Tast and texture was good for fondant. I used clear vanilla extract to keep the fondant white. I did find that it didnt keep well once refridgerated and brought back to room temperature it was hard to work with and fell apart it became to coarse. I could have overworked it though. Great recipe overall would recommend it.

Sweet Potato Souffle I

Absoulutely Excellent. This was super easy to make. It was a hit at our Easter Brunch. It will be a staple from now on. I made the souffle part a day ahead and it kept well. I added to coconut mixture right before baking. It was wonderful. Can't give it anything better thank fabulous!!!!!
