Gingerbread Pancakes
Per other review I only used 2 tablespoons of baking powder and it turned out great. The kids loved it for breakfast this morning. It didn't taste as much like gingerbread as they would have liked but they still loved it.

Chocolate Chip Pancakes
I must say that these pancakes are a family favorite. Every Saturday morning we make pancakes and these have been requested over and over. I have to triple the recipe because the kiddos eat them up so quickly. They are great the next day too!

Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
This ice cream is amazing!!!!! This is the second time I have made it and it is fabulous, creamy, sweet, rich, and wonderful all at the same time.
