This is excellent. I wouldn't say it is spicy, but has a great flavor. Next time I might add a little more cajun seasoning. Thanks for a great recipe!

This is the best salsa I have ever made! It tastes like the kind you get in Mexican Restaurants. Thank you for sharing this recipe!! I did add cilantro and backed off the peppers. Everyone raves about the salsa! I have also started to add one small can of tomato paste to the salsa to thicken it up.

This was great! An excellent way to use the hungarian peppers that are exploding in my garden. My boyfriend couldn't get enough of them! I did use parmesan cheese instead of romano. Thanks for the recipe!
