Thai Peanut Chicken
YUM! I loved this recipe, and will be adding it to my recipe box. I made some small changes due to taste preference, but it would be perfect as written too. I used sugar snap peas instead of broccoli, I doubled the sauce (although it would have been fine without doubling), and I added cilantro on the top as another reviewer suggested because I love the taste of cilantro. Wonderful dinner!
