Basic Bechamel Sauce
The best bechamel I've ever made! I used it for a croque-monsieur recipe, and it was awesome!

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies
My boyfriend said that they taste just like the way his mother makes them, which is to say, very good. They're a bit too sweet for my taste so another time I'll use a bit less sugar. Otherwise, really easy and quick!

Chicken Stir-Fry
So simple and so good! I used flour instead of cornstarch and beef bouillon instead of chicken stock, but so good!
