Red Velvet Cupcakes
Don't panic when your batter gets all lumpy after the buttermilk goes in like I did! Perservere and after the flour is added, the batter became smooth. Tastes great and would recommend using Scharffenberger non-processed cocoa. Has a much better taste/smell than regular cocoa, in my opinion. Simple recipe, good results.

Cream Cheese Frosting I
Easy and tasty. Added a whole package to the frosting to up the cream cheese flavour. Would make again.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
Great filling. I also added 1 tbsp cinnamon, and 1/2 tbsps of: cloves, ginger, nutmeg.
