Banana Sour Cream Bread
I accidentally sort of massacred this recipe, and it still came out fantastically. I wanted to halve it, but I ended up using 1/2 cup butter. I also used brown sugar Splenda blend, about 6 oz of yogurt in place of the sour cream, and two large bananas. I also added some oats instead of the nuts. Baked at 350 for 65 minutes in a 9x5" pan.
