Molasses Sugar Cookies

Perfect Berry Shortcakes

Potato Casserole II

My mother in law went for seconds! Also, I put half in a Ziploc bag and am freezing it. So I only used 8x8 pan. It was the perfect amount, and now i have this to use for another dinner.

Hummus III

Luck 'O The Irish Brownie

These are really good. But the peppermint is a bit over powerful. It's so rich. My co workers did like it, but I saw some leftover green middle on some plates.

These were outstanding. A MUST try recipe. The kids thought it was a little spicy, but honestly I didn't think it was all that spicy. Next time I may throw in some jalapeños for my husband and myself. If worried about the heat, just use mont. jack and it would be just as good. Thanks, we love it!

Never Fail Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are great. I can't say the 1/2 tsp. baking powder made them any better than without it (which is my usual chocolate chip cookie recipe).

Fantastic Mexican Dip

This is so good. I was wary of a cold dip but it really just taste like taco salad. Loved it. And Bumblebee is right, you probably will want to make two. I had 7 adults at a meeting and they cleaned out the serving dish.
