Chocolate Ganache

I have to admit I was skeptical at first, even after I tasted it, I felt like it wasn't going to work. But I am happy to say that this is so good! I topped the "Too Much Chocolate Cake" with this Ganache, and it worked together perfectly.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

This is so good. I know that the submitter said to not use Sour Cream in place of the Mayo, but really it's okay. I used Sour cream in place of the mayo and then topped it with a bit of cheddar cheese, the Parmesan (not a full cup), and bread crumbs, then a little melted butter. It is a crowd pleaser.

Stuffed Shells IV

My son (13) made this for the family. It was pretty good. I like that it used Turkey meat. I usually like a creamier stuffed shells. This was not dry, but not extremely creamy either.

Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce

I followed the instructions completely. And found the sauce to runny. So we added some cheddar cheese, it turned it into more of a mac and cheese, but tasted better than the original.
