Cocoa Kiss Cookies

I don't think my husband would give less than 5 stars to any cookie. But I let him decide since I don't eat the cookies. Surprisingly enough you can make these with your children, my 6 & 3 year old caught on really quick how to wrap the kisses.

Chocolate Eclair Cake

Oh my goodness, I was surprised about this one. I really didn't think it would come out tasting like a chocolate éclair. And boy was I wrong. It's divine. I made my own chocolate frosting for the top using the suggestion from one reviewer who used the recipe from mini chocolate éclairs. Perfection.

Baked Potato Skins

Made these for the super bowl and they were the first appetizer gone. So good, and don't skip the oil with herbs on the skins because that makes it finger licking good.

Very good with a scoop of ice cream on top, most of my family liked it (6 yr old has a texture thing with food). I decreased the butter to 1/2 cup. Thanks for the recipe.
