I was not impressed with this cobbler. I thought it would be much tastier based on the reviews. I found it to be pretty bland except for the fresh peaches and blueberries I used. I will not make again.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Yummmm! I think I might like these better than traditional toll house. Very good. The only thing I added was about 1 tsp. of vanilla and that's because I tend to add vanilla to any sweets recipe that is without it. Will definitely make again and again!

Lemon Cream Pasta with Chicken

I thought this recipe was delicious. I followed another reviewer's advice by cooking the chicken on the stove to save time. I also added some spinach at the end with the cream. I think this dish would be good with different veggie combinations. Will definitely make again. I also think this will make a good leftover.

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

Yummy! This is delicious. Not like typical soda bread, but I think that's what I liked so much about it! Very easy to make. I used butter instead of margarine. It's very good toasted too. As suggested by another reviewer, I used the dough hook on my KitchenAid and it was very quick to mix. I will definitely make again.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Yummy. The only thing I changed in this recipe was that I used Wondra instead of flour on the chicken. Like this, the chicken was very good and not soggy. I also pounded the chicken very thin. The balsamic flavors were very good with the portabella mushrooms. I will definitely make again.

Granola Bars III

I thought these were so good and easy to make. I added 1/2 c. dried cranberries, 1/2 c. dried apricots, 1/2 c. walnuts and 1/2 c. sliced almonds. My 3 year old son loved mixing them with his hands and eating them too.

Triple Chocolate and Vanilla Cheesecake

This was very good and easy to make. I did not make any changes to the recipe. I think I baked it a bit too long so make sure to keep an eye on it towards the end. I will definitely make again.

Sarah's Banana Bread Muffins

I gave these 5 stars because they couldn't be any easier to make and are moist and delicious. I love that I did not have to use my mixer. You only need a bowl and a wooden spoon. Great way to save garbage-bound bananas!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

No Bake Cookies I

Very good tasting and easy to make. The key really is to start timing once the mixture is at a full boil. I only had creamy peanut butter on hand and they still came out great. I know these will be a hit. Quick to make too if you are short on time.

Robbi's M&M Cookies

I was surprised at how good these cookies are! So simple. I used 1/2 cup of butter and 1/2 cup shortening. At the end I also added all the M&Ms into the batter and they came out great! Thanks.

Old-Fashioned Rhubarb Cake

We will definitely make this again. This cake was very easy to make. You could really taste the rhubarb and the cake was just sweet enough. I followed the recipe exactly. We even forgot to make the sauce and it was very tasty without. Thanks for sharing!
