This blueberry sauce is terrific! So easy to make and tastes so good! We tried it on waffles first and will try it on ice cream as well. I did not have any almond extract so I used GRAND MARNIER instead...WOW! Thanks Isybel for the great recipe.

This is a very easy and delicious filling for pie! Instead of the regular sugar I substituted SPLENDA and it worked perfectly. I also used a NILLA vanilla waffer ready crust and the sweet tart ratio was wonderful. Topped with a light whipped topping it's the perfect summer treat!

Just took these muffins out of the oven and everyone grabbed one! Wow are these good! I made about 20 muffins and put the rest of the batter in a loaf pan and made a blueberry bread that turned out perfectly. The only thing I will do differently next time I make these is DOUBLE the recipe. The more the better. Thanks for this great recipe.
