Barbequed Pineapple
I've been looking for a recipe for fresh grilled pineapple, and this is a good one. I didn't have any rum so I substituded peach schnapps. It left just a hint of the peach flavor, yum.

Bread Pudding II
This was my first time making bread pudding. I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out excellent. I wasn't sure on what kind of bread to use, so I just used regular white bread. I will make this one again and again.

Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce
Yum, I love this sauce. I make the sauce then add sliced onion rings and place all in a pan on the grill or in the oven. Makes excellent bbq onions.
