A great basic recipe. I reduced the amount of sugar in the filling slightly and added some grated lemon rind to the crust and filling. It added good colour and taste. Delicious and easy to make!

These muffins turned out wonderfully. The muffins look great (like what you buy at bakeries) and taste delicious. The muffins are very moist and the streusel topping adds excellent texture. I added a bit of cinnamon to the batter as well. Thanks for sharing this super recipe!
