Baked Beef Stew
Fabulous! I omit the tapioca and sub corn starch. I also skip the bread. But it's wonderful, wonderful!

Strawberry Ice Cream
Excellent recipe! I changed a few things: 1/2 heavy cream and 1/2 half and half so it wouldn't be too rich. I also used 1/2 the strawberries (fresh). With those changes, it was fabulous!!!

Broccoli Cheese Soup V
Excellent soup!! I did, however, tweak the recipe a bit. I added 1/3 the amount of velveeta, added sharp cheddar cheese and parmesean (to give it a bit of a tang). I also cut down on the onion and used only 1/2 of what the recipe called for.
