About this Cook
I'm happiest when I'm cooking for people I care about. Small groups are best for me. Cooking for large groups make me nervous.
My favorite things to cook
I like to cook dinner the best. Whether it is meat, chicken or fish, I like to cook it all.
My cooking triumphs
A chocolate cake from scratch. I'm not much of a baker, but the cake got high reviews!
My cooking tragedies
I baked an apricot pie for my father when I was 12, ugh! now that was a disaster.

Gramma's Apple Bread Pudding
Excellent! Yes the water bath makes it creamier, but I made the recipe as is except I only had 1 apple. I'll make this again. A wonderful way to use stale bread. Thanks for the recipe.

Beef Tips and Noodles
Great, used my pantry for everything when I didn't want to go shopping. This is a keeper for a quick meal with no fuss that everyone enjoys.

Awesome Roast Beef
I've been making this roast for years and it is wonderful. The house smells great and makes everyone ansy to eat! I also put the roast together and cook it in the oven for 3 hours, (an hour per pound) and it is ready for a wonderful Sunday lunch. This is a great pot roast.
