I have cooked for 60 years as a housewife and mother. Also a Registered Nurse and Teacher. Now retired but still cooking. Family all grown up and independent. I like to try making my own dry mixtures like biscuit mix and different ingredients pre mixed. No more baking but that was my favorite. Salsa, Macaroni and Cheese and all casseroles. I like cooking with chicken and Tuna in casseroles. Scottish Meat Pie my favorite Scottish Meat Pie Macaroni and cheese tuna casserole shortbread Big Thanksgiving Dinners and Christmas Salsa my own version (throw everything together and hope for the best. Love cilantro Never have conquered bread making. Tried all varieties of recipes and helpful hints. Would love to make good bread and rolls. Even the bread machine fails me. Have to accept it.
