I love hot and spicy food. I bet you can't beat me in eating habanero competition! Dessert is a must Korean, Indonesian, Italian, Indian, Vietnam, French, Australian, New Zealand. Pastry cooking; croissant and candies. Mastering the Chocolate cooking techniques. Opening the oven door in the middle of baking; causing all sort of trouble such as collapses. Those crazy times as a line cook; like cutting my own finger deep down to my bone. The lesson here: sharp knife! and tomato skin with dull knife never mix. Don't try this at home!
